Welcome to Thinglo ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Thinglo is a personal content-saving app for iOS that allows you to save, organize, and manage links, videos, images, documents, and notes from any app using the iOS share sheet. The App stores your data locally on your device and optionally syncs through Apple's iCloud service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Thinglo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Thinglo does not require an account or registration. The App works entirely on your device without the need to create a user account or provide personal information.
Thinglo offers an optional premium tier ("Thinglo Pro") available as:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Thinglo's free tier allows you to save up to 30 items. To save unlimited items and access all Pro features, you must subscribe to or purchase Thinglo Pro.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you save in Thinglo. The App stores your content locally on your device. We do not access, view, or share your saved content.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you save does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

The Thinglo app, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Thinglo name, logo, or branding.
The App integrates with third-party services for specific features:
These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Thinglo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Thinglo ("the App") is developed and operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.
Thinglo is designed with privacy at its core. The App collects and stores only the content you choose to save:
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
All your content is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud, your data may be synced across your devices through Apple's CloudKit service. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
The App uses the following third-party services in limited capacity:
The App uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track individual users. Only aggregated, anonymous signals are recorded to help us improve the App. No advertising or tracking services are used.
Thinglo offers an optional premium tier ("Thinglo Pro") available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Your saved content remains private to you.
The App supports Face ID and Touch ID to lock individual items. Data stored on your device is protected by iOS built-in encryption. We recommend keeping your device passcode enabled for maximum security.

Thinglo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
